A few years ago I was asked to join the Thrasher Ladies . Our group consist of the wives and girlfriends of the players, coaches and relatives of the Atlanta Spirit owners. In the past we have raised money for local charities by decorating holiday trees and selling Valentine pucks during the games. At the start of the new season we always meet to discuss our fundraising game plan . This year we were invited to Tiffany's for "Breakfast at Tiffany's" . Finding parking at Phipps Plaza at 8:30 in the morning was easy .The breakfast was delicious . Some of the ladies wore the jewelry during the event . The manager told us that we were the first group to have breakfast inside the Atlanta store. During the meeting one of the wives mentioned that she and her husband want to help a family affected by the recent floods. We all agreed that this was a top priority. The event ended just in time for the store to open for business. It was great fun to talk about my "Breakfast at Tiffany's" the rest of the day.
